What is a herd-share program?
A herdshare program represents a legal framework for offering raw milk within Texas. At its core, it functions as a membership-based system, guaranteeing your family a consistent supply of fresh raw milk each week.

Raw Milk
Our raw milk that is carefully and intentionally produced for your enjoyment is a low- risk food with superb nutritional benefits. Some of the benefits to enjoying raw milk as a share holder include but are not limited to:
A living whole food that provides excellent nutrition along with health-supporting enzymes and probiotics that facilitate the production of lactase. This makes it even consumable by people who are lactose intolerant.
Our raw milk has natural occurring CLA, Omega 3 fatty acids, gut friendly bacteria, bio-available vitamins, minerals, enzymes, calcium, protein, antibodies, amino acids, heart healthy cholesterol, and much more! With our raw milk, these healthy nutrients are NEVER damaged or altered; therefore, our bodies enjoy their maximum benefit.
Raw milk is a complete protein! It contains at least 1g of easily digestible protein per ounce!
Correlated with decreased rates of asthma, allergies, eczema, otitis, fever, and respiratory infection.

Last but not least: the nutritious, raw fat cream-line. Jersey cows are known for their superior butter-fat and sweet tasting milk. We choose to keep Jerseys for these qualities as well as their personality, friendliness, and side of sass that keeps us entertained every day. Our milk is not homogenized like the milk you are used to seeing. In its natural, raw form the cream rises to the top giving each bottle its nice thick cream line. Simply shake it up before pouring if you prefer whole milk or dare to skim that cream line some to use as heavy cream or even make butter.
